Frank Racis

Frank is an Associate Principal Engineer with Cerner in Malvern. For the past 23 years, he has worked on the Document Management product, part of the Electronic Health Record. He is an alumni of Penn State University, with a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Computer Engineering.
