Kristin Dudley

Kristin Dudley is a design thinker who has applied creativity to the workplace by rethinking how people are introduced to their new or prospective employer. An employer brand strategist and workplace documentarian, Kristin recently took on the role as Chief Product Officer at Technical.ly. Kristin is responsible for developing ways to connect readers to their dream jobs; while better introducing companies to local talent. Kristin formerly served as Senior Manager of Talent Brand and Attraction for Comcast NBCUniversal; holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors in Fashion Design from Drexel University.
