The European Union has issued fines under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) will go into effect next year. Building Wi-Fi Connected IoT Solutions with Arduino and AWS

This hands-on workshop will teach you how to build and program a Wi-Fi-based IoT device using Arduino. Your sensor will send data to AWS using MQTT. You will also use a web page to send commands back to the device and view the data coming from the device. Some programming experience is helpful but not required. Each participant will receive an Arduino micro-controller and some components before class. The cost of the kit is included in registration. Participants must bring a computer.
